Hollywood Plaza is currently accepting applications for the Studio waitlist. Applications will only be accepted while the waitlist is open. Project Eligibility

To be eligible, applicant must be 62 years or disabled at the time of application. Occupancy standards are limited to a maximum of two (2) occupants per unit. 

Applicants who do not meet project eligibility requirements, will be rejected.
